“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold:  when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.”  ~Charles Dickens

It is a bit late but I didn’t want to let the day go by without at least a quote. This one spoke to me… so true about Spring. Just this afternoon when I walked the dogs there was a breeze and as soon as I was in the shade of the trees I felt a bit chilled. Believe me, I’m not complaining, just saying. 🙂

so perfectly describes the days here right now. you need your sweater in the shade, winter coat at night and morning…..and tshirts and shorts by noon. it’s impossible dressing the kids for school these days.

That’s how I remember Spring in Germany. I also remember those windy and rainy days. When I saw the quote I thought it was so perfect. 🙂
